4 ½ lbs mock tender - a cut from a chuck roast (cubed or ground)
3 cans of beef broth
20 oz tomato sauce
Dump 1
1 ½ tbsp paprika
1 ½ tsp cayenne
1 ½ tsp onion powder
6 wyler’s chicken bouillon cubes (should be about the size of dice. If larger, like Knorr’s, cut number in half)
6 wyler’s beef bouillon cubes
3 tbsp Bueno hot chili powder
Dump 2
6 tsp cumin
3 pkgs sazon goya
9 tbsp Bueno hot chili powder
½ tbsp brown sugar
½ tbsp white pepper
3 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a pot and then drain the grease. Add broth, tomato sauce, and Dump 1. Cook covered at a simmer until meat is tender. Stir occasionally and make sure meat on the bottom does not burn.
Add Dump 2 - 30 minutes before serving. Tastes even better the next day after a night in the fridge.
