1 c. all purpose flour
1 egg

Combine all ingredients in food processor with pasta blade and process until dough forms a ball.

Or, put flour on a board. Beat eggs and oil. Make a well in the flour and gradually add the eggs to the flour until well blended. Knead until smooth.

Let rest before making fettuccini or rolling out for ravioli.

I use a pasta machine to make the fettuccini or to roll it thin enough for ravioli. It can be done by hand.
