Kosher salt
1 pound corkscrew pasta
three 10.75-ounce cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup
three 5-ounce cans of water pack tuna (don't use white tuna, it is not as flavorful)
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers (leave the seeds in if you like more hot spice)
3 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, briefly cook the pasta (it will be cooked again in the casserole).

Mix all the other ingredients and add cooked pasta. Mix well and put into greased 9x13" pan.
 

TOPPING

3 cups jalapeño-flavored potato chips, crushed
1-1/2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Add crushed potato chips as a topping to the casserole followed by the cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350º for approximately one hour.
