5-15 oz. cans of corn kernels, drained
8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
Kosher salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste.
1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, quartered
1 stick butter
Diced green onions for garnish

In a crock pot, add corn, ¾ of the bacon, milk, sugar and salt and pepper. Stir. Top with the cream cheese and butter. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring well after 1 hour. Garnish with remaining ¼ of the bacon, green onions and serve.
