4 - 4¼ Cups Bread flour ( can sub reg.)
2¼ Tsp Rapid rise yeast (can sub reg, but proof first)
1½ Tsp Sea salt
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1½ Cups Warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse 4 Cups flour, yeast and salt together in food processor(fitted with dough blade) until combined.
With processor running, slowly add oil, then water, process until rough ball forms (30 to 40 sec.).
Let dough rest for 2 min., then process for 30 seconds longer. If dough is sticky add more flour as necessary from the ¼ Cup.

Transfer dough to lightly floured counter and knead until a smooth ball. Place dough in large, lightly oiled bowl, cover tightly with lightly oiled plastic wrap and let rise at room temp until doubled in size.
