8 oz. block medium cheddar cheese
8 oz. block mild cheddar cheese
8 oz. block mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Colby cheese
1 block cream cheese (softened)
2 small jars Pimentos (drained)
2 tsp sugar
Mayonnaise


Directions:
Directions:
Shred all blocks of cheese, stir in softened cream cheese, sprinkle with sugar and mix until blended. Add in Pimentos and mayo and stir. Chill overnight. Serve on choice of bread or crackers.
