10 small red potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped white onion
1.5 lbs Wrights hickory smoked bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until tender. Cut into quarters. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, and onions and gently stir into potatoes. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired. Top with bacon and cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
