Sweet potatoes
1 tsp. Salt
2 C boiling water
2 eggs
2 C sugar
1/2 C flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape a big plate full of potatoes. Add salt. Add butter; pour boiling water over potatoes. Beat eggs, sugar and flour together and add to potatoes. Add vanilla nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake in a 350 degree oven, stirring three times while cooking.
