Worcestershire
Lemon Juice
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate brisket in soy sauce, Worcestershire , lemon juice, & garlic powder overnight. Place in shallow pan and cover with foil. Cook at 250 degrees about an hour per pound. Let cool and slice with electric knife across the grain. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
