15 jalapeños
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb bacon
1 lb sausage

Directions:
Slice jalapeños in half. Clean seeds out with spoon. Rinse with water (the more thorough they are rinsed, the less spicy). Sauté sausage, chopping into fine pieces. In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and cooked sausage. Spoon mixture into rinsed jalapeños. Wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for 45 min, or until bacon is cooked thoroughly. Broil 2-3 min to crisp bacon on top.
