Smoked sausage (like Hillshire farm - long tube)
4 average size potatoes peeled & sliced thin
1 onion sliced thin
Olive oil
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer each ingredient in a casserole pan.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Pour 2 T olive oil over the layered mixture.
Cover with lid or foil.
Bake at 325º for 2 hours.
