4 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
3 (11 oz.) cans shoe peg corn
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour. Drain corn. Put corn in 9 x 13 pan and mix in flour mixture. Pour cream on top. Bake uncovered at 375˚ for 45-50 minutes.
