3 ½ cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp sage
1 ½ cups long grain rice (I use Uncle Ben’s)
1 zucchini cut in quarters and sliced
1 smoked sausage, sliced and quartered

Directions:

In large pot boil water, bouillon and sage
Add rice, cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add zucchini, cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add sausage, cover and cook for 10 minutes
