Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Salmon Filets-fresh or frozen (I use Publix frozen CoHo Salmon)
1/2 C Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
1/4 C Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil (or Vegetable)
2 Tbsp Green Onion-Snipped
1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger (or 1/2 Tbsp Dry Ginger Spice)
3 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Garlic Salt with Parsley
1/2 Tsp Fresh Pepper
1 Orange (cut into 8 chunks + zest)

Other: Cedar Sheets (wraps) & Twine for grilling

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw Salmon (if frozen). Place Cedar Wraps flat in a pan, cover with water (or juice, tea, etc.) and place a heavy jar on them so that they stay submerged (soak at least 30 minutes before grilling).

In a large bowl mix all ingredients (other than Salmon). Zest some of the Orange rind before squeezing the juice into bowl. Toss the orange chunks on in with the mix. Place Salmon in a shallow pan and pour the marinade over them. Marinade for 30-45 minutes turning the Salmon a couple of times throughout.

Take 2 Cedar Wraps for each Filet. Spoon some marinade on top of filet along with a pat of butter and a couple of orange wedges. Fold the Wraps and tie with the Twine.

It is easiest to place Wrapped Filets on a grill plate to prevent any disasters. Place on Hot Grill and then cover with domed Foil (I use the lid from my small grill). Place the remaining marinade in a heat proof container and place on grill to heat up (I use a small cast iron crock w/lid). Cook for 10 minutes. There is no need to turn the Filets if they are covered. Serve with the Wraps and Spoon on the Hot Marinade.

Oh Honey Hush! I also had baked potato in the coals and grilled a medley of vegetables to go with this.
