6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic chopped fine
Pinch of salt and pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tblsp olive oil
1 small red onion, chopped

Mix ingredients together. Let sit for one hour or longer.
