1 package frozen broccoli (can use one head of fresh broccoli)
8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup Instant Rice
1/2 cup butter (1 Stick)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in water (steam or microwave). Cook rice according to package directions. Melt butter in skillet and add chopped onion. Cook till soft. Add everything into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and mix to combine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
