-1 Flat Tostada
- 1 Large Tortilla lightly toasted
- 1 cup Beans (refried or black)
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack (shredded)
- Salsa to taste
- 1 pkg Morningstar Crumbles
Lettuce. Sour Cream and/or Guacamole optional

Cook the crumbles in a skillet & season to taste. Heat the beans. Lightly toast the tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on tortilla and then pile on whatever toppings you want but not to high. Let it melt a bit. Smush the tostada on top and sprinkle some cheese on the edges. Fold the extra tortilla over on top. With one hand on the top slide a spatula under and flip it quickly. Don't worry if a few things spill out you can stuff it back in. The important part is that the cheese melts between the tortilla and the tostada. Congrats you gotta tasty treat!!
