1 loaf firm bread or thick cinnamon bread slices
8 oz. cream cheese
10 eggs
8 Tbl melted butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup half & half, or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread (about 1 inch sq.) and layer half in 13 by 9 baking dish. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter across bread. Top with remaining bread. Mix eggs, half & half, syrup, and butter together. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes. Press cubes down to absorb mixture. Refridgerate overnight.
Bake 350* for 40-50 minutes.
Serve with syrup, jam, or powdered sugar.

My sister-in-law, Carrie, shared this with me a few years back. It's great for overnight guests. Make it one day, cook it the next with no effort in the morning.
