"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was found cut out of the Grant County Hearld from Wednesday January 28, 1976 and submitted by Mrs. Skip Knapp. Grandma’s recipe box had a lot of recipes clipped from newspapers, hand written on little pieces of paper and envelopes and all were tucked in the box. I was an active member in the Rolling Rockets 4-H club where I did dairy cattle, cooking, sewing, and rabbit projects. The picture is me leading my cow Sue in the dressed cow contest in the Lancaster dairy days parade. Mom served as the leader of the 4-H club.
