2¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup non fat dry milk
¾ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup cold butter
¾ cup white chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup buttermilk
Topping; Sparkling white sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly grease scone pan. In large mixing bowl whisk dry ingredients together. Cut in butter just to,mixture is crumbly. Stir in chips. In separate bowl, whisk,together eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until all moistened and holds together. Scoop ⅓ cup and fill each wedge in the pan. Sprinkle,with the sparkling sugar. Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes to firm before removing from pan.

Mom wrote that her most embarrassing school moment was “my button came off my skirt in 8th grade and my skirt fell to the floor” Mom was always adventurous.bShe wrote that “I stood on top of the windmill on Grandma Chapman’s farm and watched a tornado take a barn on the farm Greg would move to when he married. The boards really flew!’ The picture is from 2018 of Greg, Kathy and Diane. Greg and Kay and Kathy and Doug came to Bozeman, Montana to visit and celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. While in Bozeman, Doug and Kathy participated in a BBQ contest.
