3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons vanilla
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with a fork in a 9x13 pan. Make three indentions in dry ingredients. Put vanilla, oil and vinegar each into an indention. Pour the 2 cups of water on top. Mix well with fork. Bake at 350º until done.

An easy quick cake to make. Mom would often make a chocolate frostening to put on it.
