Ingredients:  
1 large cabbage, chopped
1 stick of celery, chopped
8 small little green onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 small bag of baby carrots, chopped
3 cans green beans
2 cans Rotel
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 package Lipton onion soup mixture
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
64 oz. V-8 juice
2 large containers of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together. Cook for about 3 hours. Add parsley flakes and serve.
