One head of lettuce or a package of salad mixture
1 small red onion, diced
1 bag frozen English peas
2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
3-4 boiled eggs, chopped
salt
pepper

Layer ingredients in a glass dish in the order listed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
