1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can English peas
1 can green beans
1 jar pimentos
1 medium bell pepper, chopped or diced
1 cup celery, chopped or diced
1 medium red onion, red or sweet, chopped or diced


Topping:

1 c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
½ c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt and a little pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all canned vegetables. Combine all vegetables. Bring topping ingredients to a boil. Pour over veggies. Refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
