1 tsp. garlic powder
1 ½ Tbsp. salt
1 ½ Tbsp. powdered mustard
1 egg
pepper to taste
¼ tsp. accent
1 tsp. oregano
6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar (you can use cider vinegar in place of tarragon vinegar)
2 c. salad oil
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with vinegar until very foamy. Add spices and beat. Add oil 1/2 c. at a time. Beat well after each 1/2 c. Last add water.

My favorite Spinach Salad: Fresh spinach, fresh mushrooms, green onion, boiled egg and bacon.
