10 oz fresh spinach
½ lb fresh strawberries, sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup mayo
2 tbs red wine vinegar
¼ cup cream or milk
1 tbs poppy seeds
3 tbs sugar

Toss spinach, strawberries and onions. Mix remaining ingredients and serve as dressing.
