1 stick butter
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 bag frozen onions and peppers, chopped
1 lb polish sausage, sliced, use more of desired
1 can rotel
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, onion, peppers and cook on medium high for about 5 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking to pan. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Makes about 8 servings.
