1½ c. Bisquick©
½ c. yellow cornmeal
½ c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole green chilies drained and seeds removed
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
¾ c. water
1 can refried beans
1½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 tomatoes chopped
½ c. chopped onion
taco sauce

Grease 12" pizza pan. Mix baking mix, cornmeal and ½ c. water until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. with floured hands, pat dough onto pizza pan forming a crust.with ½" rim. Bake 10 minutes at 425º. Cook and stir beef until brown. Drain. Stir in chilies, seasoning packet and ¾ c. water. Heat to boiling. Simmer until thickened and water is absorbed. Spread refried beans on crust. Top beans with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Top with lettuce tomato and onion. Serve with Taco sauce.
