2 c. Mayo
2 T. Ketchup
2 T. Melted Butter
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Paprika
1/4 c. Water
3 T. Sugar
1 T. Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve over chicken fried rice, stir-fry chicken, shrimp or any Japanese dish.

I made this to taste like Fuji Yama Japanese Steakhouse Yum Yum sauce in Jackson, TN. It's not an exact replica but very very close.
