1 c. butter
½ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2¼ c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
¾ c. finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Work together with hands until dough holds together. Roll into 1" balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes, until set but not brown. While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Once cool, roll in powdered sugar again.

These are Christine's favorite, Great for Christmas Cookie Swaps. I LOVE these things ... just don't inhale the powdered sugar!
