1-6oz. package of raspberry Jello
1 ½ cup boiling water
1-10 oz. package frozen raspberries
1-small jar of Mott’s applesauce
Topping:
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/3 jar (7 ½ oz) Marshmallow Fluff
1 small (3oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water into Jello and stir till powder dissolved then add frozen raspberries. Put into refrigerator until relatively firm (not too firm) about 15-25 minutes.
Then add: applesauce, 2 red delicious apples (cut into small pieces). 1 large banana (firm) cut into small pieces. Chopped pecans or walnuts. Miniature marshmallows (optional).
Topping:
Put Marshmallow Fluff and un-whipped cream into bowl and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Next day soften cream cheese and whip together. With whipping cream and marshmallow fluff. Cover Salad.
Tip: Put beaters in freezer overnight.
