12 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
secret ingredient-sweet relish to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shells off eggs and cut in halves.
Slip out yolks, mash with fork and add to bowl.
Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
Taste, then fill egg whites with mixture, heaping it up lightly.
May sprinkle with paprika to serve.

I remember visiting Aunt Mary May at the Stillwater hospital (she volunteered there) snack bar one day and she had just boiled 6 dozen eggs to made deviled eggs for sale there. Her deviled eggs were really good!
