Chicken breasts (about 3)
Flour (1/2 c.)
Bread crumbs (Italian is best) (1 cup)
Lawry’s Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
2 Eggs (white’s only)
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken in to bite size pieces.
In gallon baggie mix about ½ cup flour and about 1 cup bread crumbs, pour in Lawry’s salt (generously), add pepper, garlic powder.
Melt about 2 tbls butter in bowl. Add 2 eggs (whites only, no yolk)
Dip chicken in butter/egg white mixture and then throw in bag and shake.

In pan heat about 2 tbls. butter and some olive oil. Heat. Add one layer of chicken pieces, turn pieces when start to brown, may have to flip a couple times.
