1 head broccoli
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup raisins
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into very small chunks
1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 - 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:
Cut florettes from broccoli stems into bite-size pieces. Place in large bowl. Add bacon, onions, raisins, and cheese. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar, stirring well. Add to broccoli mixture and toss gently.
