Using food processor, cut up the amount of cabbage you want. Put in bowl. Make sauce in separate bowl by adding 4 T. sugar, 1 T. vinegar, around 1/2 cup of mayo but if this doesn't make enough, increase sugar, vinegar, and mayo keeping approximately the same ratio. Add pepper--heavy, enough to make mixture turn gray. Pour over cabbage. Don't add all of the sauce at once. The amount will depend on the amount of cabbage. Add a little salt just before serving. If you add salt earlier, it will make cabbage watery. I'm guessing at these amounts because I never measure. Practice and you will get it to taste like you like it!
