1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Frosting
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the cake ingredients together till well blended. Pour into a greased and floured bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or till done. Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Let cool completely.

For frosting.
Mix all ingredients together and drizzle over cake.

I LOVE lemon, and this is one of my favorites. It is easy to prepare, and doesn't need a bunch of fancy ingredients. This cake will make you "Pucker Up"
