1 small bread roll + milk to soak it in
0.5 kg minced meat
1 small onion (grated)
1 egg
salt & pepper
0.25 glass cold water
panko
frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) cover the bread roll with milk & set aside until it's soaked (5-10 min)
2) In a separate bowl place minced meat, onion, egg, salt, pepper and squeezed out bun. Knead well.
3) Keep adding cold water in small increments & kneading until it's absorbed, the more kneading, the better.
4) Form frikadeller & cover in panko.
5) Fry on well- heated oil.
6) Option: after searing on both sides, transfer to a baking dish (without cover) & place in an oven heated to 300ºF (150ºC) for 15 min.
