1 Head of cauliflower,
1.5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp Black pepper
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Sweet Paprika
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Cut up the cauliflower into florets. Wash them thoroughly and spread out on a baking sheet over parchment paper. Sprinkle all the spices over the cauliflower, and then do the same with the oil. Be generous with the spices- you can add a bit more or less than the recipe says based on preferences, it may also depend on the size of the cauliflower. Mix all together with your hands until all the florets are completely covered in spices. Put in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees until golden and tender.
