Preheat oven to 350

1 4oz stick of soft butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp molasses
3 small bananas mashed
2 tbsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup of chopped walnut


Crumb Topping:
7 tsp butter cut up
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pecan chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl mix using fingers and sprinkle on top of loaf.

Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix the first 8 ingredients with a hand mixer for 1 minute on low. Add all the dry ingredients and mix again 1 minute on low. Pour into a loaf pan that has been greased and floured.
