3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 C sour cream
1/2 C Swiss cheese grated
4 oz. corned beef finely diced (If you use jar corned beef be sure to rinse thoroughly to remove the salt)
1/2 C sauerkraut chopped and drained
2-3 T milk
rye Bread or crackers - If rye bread, cut into triangles and toast in oven.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and place in a small saucepan over low heat. Add milk as needed if the mixture is too thick. Transfer to a serving dish. Should be served warm. Serve on toasted triangles of rye bread or crackers.
