1 1/2 lbs. beef cubed
1 medium onion chopped
1 can mushrooms pieces with liquid
1 can beef broth
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. wet mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 container sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Coat beef cubes with flour, salt and pepper.

In cast iron frying pan brown beef, remove from pan and place in large pot.

Saute onions, add mushrooms and beef broth, simmer then add to beef cubes.

Then add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Let simmer for a couple of hours.

Before serving add the sour cream.

Taste to see if you should add more ketchup, mustard or Worcestershire sauce.
