1/2 lb butter
4 tbsp icing sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans or walnuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour & salt and mix, add vanilla, knead to mix, then mix in chopped nuts. Shape into small mouse shape. Bake 350ºF for 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom.
Put icing sugar in a paper bag. While cookies are still hot shake in icing sugar bag to coat.
