1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 or 2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped rhubarb
Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix ingredients as listed. Sprinkle with topping in an 8x8 or 9x13 pan 350ºF for 40 - 45 minutes
