1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread (preferably frozen)
6 eggs
1, 8-oz. package of cream cheese
Approx. 5 cups milk
Ground cinnamon to taste
1 apple, peeled & thinly sliced
¾ cups walnuts or pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the bread slices, and use the slices to line the bottom of a glass or ceramic brownie pan.
2. Cover the first layer of bread with thin apple slices and chopped nuts.
3. Create another layer of bread with cream cheese, apple slices and walnuts.
4. Create a third layer of raisin bread by spreading the slices with a thin layer of cream cheese and lay the slices cheese side down. (You may choose to make only two layers.)
5. Beat eggs and milk together, and add ground cinnamon.
6. Pour milk and eggs evenly over the bread. (Optional: refrigerate overnight.)
7. Lightly cover with foil, and bake at 350º for 35 minutes, uncover
and bake an additional 10 min.
8. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
