Maple Walnut Fudge Recipe

5 cups white sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. marshmallow fluff
2 tsp. maple extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 bags white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine sugar, milk, butter and salt, stir over low heat till well blended.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly so it does not burn and boil till you can not stir down the bubbles. about 5 minutes.

Add marshmallow fluff and beat till smooth.

Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and maple flavoring.

Beat till smooth then add chopped walnuts.

Pour into 9 x13 greased pan and leave cool for a couple of hours.

I use my Kitchen Aid for this fudge to make it creamy smooth:
Can use peanut butter chips==Chocolate chips==Butterscotch Chips but with vanilla flavoring.
I have used mint chips with 1 tsp. mint flavoring.
