What is your flavor of wings???


Cajan Wings
3Tbsp cajan mix (see below)
3Tbsp oil


Cajan Honey Lime
3 C cajan mix (see below)
1 C BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp siracha (optional)
1 Lime (1/2/squeezed now, 1/2 before serving)


Parmesan Garlic
In saute pan
4 Tbsp butter & 4Tbsp olive oil
6 cloves minced garlic
Heat 4 mins then put in bowl
3Tbsp chopped parsley
1/3 C parmesan after wings come out of oven


Crispy Baked Buffalo Wings
1/2 C hot sauce
1/4 C melted butter or coconut oil


Maple Chicken Wings
1/3 C teriyaki sauce
1/2 C lite soy sauce
6 gloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 C maple syrup


Teriyaki Ginger
1 C thicken teriyaki sauce
1 tsp ginger (1Tbsp fresh)
seame seeds-sprinkle on after wings out of oven
Directions:
Directions:
Need 2-3 lbs of chicken wings.
Can fry in peanut oil until brown or bake in oven on 400 for 45 mins. (if baked sprinkle with salt, pepper & garlic powder)
Once cooked, marinades can be put into a bowl or plastic bag. Coat the wings and put on cookie sheet.
Bake on 425 for 20 mins.

Cajan mix:
21/2 Tbsp paprika (smoked is the best)
2 Tbsp salt
2Tbsp garlic powder
1Tbsp black pepper, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, tyme, ginger (1Tbsp fresh)
Mix all together, store extra in a container
