2 cups dried chickpeas rinsed and drained (soaked overnight)
1 cup firmly packed chopped cilantro
1 cup firmly packed chopped parsley
juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp garlic powder
half red onion finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp water
1 serano pepper seeded and chopped
1/2 cup panko
1 1/2 container follow your heart parm cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put chickpeas in food processor . Pulse just until slightly chunky .Add all other ingredients to food processor and pulse just till mixed(do not over mix). Roll in panko and vegan follow your heat vegan parm cheese. Drop in deep fry cooked to dark golden brown .
