2 cups sugar
½ lb. butter
6 eggs
2 ¾ cups cake meal
pinch of salt
¾ cup potato starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 plus cups chocolate chips
chopped nuts (optional)

Topping - mix 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time.
Sift cake meal, potato starch, salt and cinnamon.
Fold into mixture.
Add chocolate chips and nuts.
Refrigerate dough until firm enough to handle.
Form into loaves.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Cool on rack before slicing.
