1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 chopped pimento
1 1/2 cans creamed corn
1 medium can corn niblets
2 egg yokes
1 extra egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375

Beat egg white till fluffy and set aside

Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk and seasoning.

Add pimento, cream corn and corn niblets-- cool slightly

Add well beaten egg yolks and folded into stiffly beaten egg whites

Turn into well greased casserole dish, set dish in a pan of hot water

Bake in 370 oven for about 1 hour till set
