3 whole cloves, garlic, smashed
1 cup basil leaves
1 can chopped tomatoes, drained
pinch pepper flakes
2 1/2 whole cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2-3/4 pound Angel Hair pasta
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute smashed garlic cloves in olive oil. Add tomatoes, whole cloves of garlic, basil leaves and pepper flakes to sauce. Stir in whole garlic cloves and simmer for an hour or so. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Add angel hair to boiling water. Cook 4-5 minutes. Drain, adding about 1/4 cup of liquid back to sauce. Add cooked pasta to sauce and gently stir. If desired, add Parmesan cheese

Simple and delicious. Can be easily adjusted to serve more by doubling the ingredients. Heats well as a left-over
